Our holistic workshops cover a wide spectrum of modalities and themes, including shamanism, energy work, dance, drumming, core circle dynamics, experiential astrology, nature-based spirituality, manifestation, relationships and healing. We employ simple tools to provide transformation, clarity of intent and mastery of one’s creative potential, adapting the work to each individual and group. Our workshops focus on areas of self-empowerment and well-being, identifying and promoting intentions and what truly motivates each participant, in an environment based on safety and mutual respect. This provides sound foundations for exploring deep dynamics, healing blocks and restoring fragmented parts.

Our work involves experiencing expanded states of consciousness and our primary aim is their constructive and beneficial integration into everyday life.

Most of our workshops are held at the Findhorn Foundation in Northern Scotland, in Jesi (Italy) and Worcester (England). We are also now open to hold workshops and events in other parts of the world, and if you would like to organise an event, you can contact us at info@astroshamanism.org. We also offer conference workshops via Skype.

New Year Spiritual Healing Retreat

It promises to be a most transformational and healing week which includes a New Year's Astroshamanic Trance Dance and plenty of opportunities to recapitulate the past and use it to fertilise empowering gifts for the present and future. The programme is already fully booked.

An opportunity to promote expanded awareness and healing through meditation and spiritual practices. We will alternate periods of silence and dialogue, stillness and movement, touch and contact, relaxation and activity, group and individual work, bringing careful attention to our inner and outer world. FOUNDATION TRAINING in ASTROSHAMANISM

An all-comprehensive two-week training aimed at providing an in-depth experience and understanding of contemporary shamanism and spiritual research in alignment with the principles of the Findhorn Community. Participants are encouraged and supported in opening, discovering and implementing the relationship with their inner guidance and soul's purpose. This also involves releasing blocks and retrieving hidden potentials, learning to use shamanic healing in their life and relationship with others.

26 February - 5 March 2011, A Journey into the Inner Universe.

This workshop focuses on the clarification of the life Intent and the connection with their inner guide. Participants will be trained in working with basic astroshamanic techniques for expanding perception and reawakening their authentic purpose. The programme includes: astroshamanic voyages, trance dance, totemic postures, circle positioning, astrodrama, ceremonial sharing, planetary chants, the ritual of the Sacred Cone and various opportunities for integrating shamanic work with ordinary reality.

5 - 12 March 2011, The Voyage through the Zodiac

During this second week participants will experience the whole spectrum of astroshamanic archetypes, retrieving and transforming blocked energies, strengthening the relationship with their multi-dimensional self and Intent. This workshop is designed for people who intend to employ shamanism both for themselves and in their practice with others. The previous week (or another one-week workshop with Franco) is a prerequisite for attendance.

The Blessed Way of Passion: A Journey into the Multidimensional Portal of the Senses with Franco Santoro

In this workshop we will discover ways of employing physical contact to foster expanded states of consciousness, reawaken healing talents and integrate them in everyday life. Being with the Spirit of Cluny Garden

This is the ninth editions of this workshop. During this inspiring week we explore the hidden magic of Findhorn as it emerges in the luminous environment of Cluny Hill College (Moray, Scotland). This is the place where Eileen and Peter Caddy, with Dorothy Maclean moved the first steps leading to the creation of the Findhorn spiritual and Ecovillage community, which has recently been awarded UN Habitat Best Practice designation from the United Nations Centre for Human Settlements (HABITAT).

The workshop Being with the Spirit of Cluny Garden includes practical gardening and connecting with nature in all its forms, as well as landscape healing and shamanic rituals and practices. We honour the visible features of the landscape and their unseen essence, exploring how energies in their various forms relate to and affect our inner and outer life.

During this workshop the whole territory of Cluny Hill College becomes a sacred geomantic circle, which participants can use to receive guidance, release grievances, express their luminous potentials, and deeply engage in an exciting process of co-creation with nature.

This is the main astroshamanic healing event. We will hold two retreats this year: one open to participants who have attended at least one workshop or session with Franco or Letizia, the other retreat only for advanced students. We will work with bodywork applications of AstroshamanicHealing®, exploring themes of workshops such as The Blessed Way of Passion, Restoring the Fragmentend Heart and the Original Quest in a more advanced way. This retreat represents the main astroshamanic bodywork event of the year.

Astroshamanic Healing Sessions - How do they work and how to arrange them.

Sessions typically last 60 minutes and can be in-person or distant (over the phone or Skype). Distance sessions involve a preliminary exploration of the astrological chart, followed by a telephone or Skype consultation, a healing practice and a successive consultation aimed at examining what emerged during the practice. Each session is geared according to the issue and intent of the client. The aim is to focus on prominent issues, both from an ordinary and multidimensional perspective, releasing grievances, while uncovering authentic talents and finding empowering guidance. If the client finds it helpful, it is also possible to have additional sessions, or start a specific training programme. Fees for a distant session (60 minutes) are income related: Euro 50 or £ 45 (low), Euro 60 or £ 55 (medium), Euro 70 or £ 65 (high). THE OPERATIVE TRAINING IN ASTROSHAMANISM

The Operative Training in Astroshamanism is a complete ongoing system of teaching devised for training healers and shamanic practitioners in accordance with the initiatory tradition of the Sacred Cone Circle. The basic intent of this tradition is to foster the reawakening of our original multidimensional nature and the release of grievances based on the perception of separation. In this context initiation is not about receiving instant powers and radically shifting your life, although this at times may also happen. It is a process that involves implanting a seed which will grow according to your investment of energy and natural disposition. This development stems from the essence of most mystery traditions (mystery from the Greek myein, to keep silent, and tradition from the Latin tradere, handing down, transmit). The principal trait of these mysteries is that they cannot be communicated by one human being to another. Although teachers or shamans may play a significant role in providing the tools and itinerary to access basic information, the actual mysteries are revealed to the initiates by direct experience and connection with shamanic realities.

The Operative Training in Astroshamanism consists of three independent stages of initiation and is accompanied by specific literature and manuals. The First Basic Level represents the first stage. This training comprises 144 hours of teaching with a flexible structure that can be tailored to fit individual needs and situations, including a home-study course. Previous participation to an astroshamanic workshop, or a cycle of three individual sessions, are a prerequisite for attendance. Before deciding to join the Training, applicants will thoroughly examine their current life situation, purpose and learning potentials in order to verify whether this step can truly serve them. Entry into the Training also requires that intuition or specific individual guidance (received through a shamanic journey, vision or dream) proves that this work is appropriate.

The programme of the Training will include significant experiences with shamanic states of consciousness as well as relevant opportunities to ground the work in ordinary reality. Participants will learn a wide range of shamanic techniques and directly explore the astroshamanic cosmology as it is reflected in their inner and outer life. They will receive initiation in specific healing and ceremonial practices in accordance with each Sector of the Sacred Circle, integrating their shamanic experiences with information drawn from astrology and other esoteric sources.

The First Basic Level covers the following areas: astroshamanic voyaging and cosmology, Sacred Circle, Intent and Function, Sacred Cone Work (release practices, basic ritual, shamanic extraction), Spirit Guides, Totem Spirits, shamanic forms and detectors, spirit medicines, sacred tools, astrodrama, trance dance, totemic postures, dreamwork, glossolalia, exploration of the 12 Sectors, astroshamanic chants and planetary scales, an outline of astrology and its application to astroshamanism, elements of astroshamanic healing and soul retrieval.

A classic introductory two-day seminar aimed at providing a direct experience of astroshamanism according to the midwinter seasonal cycles. This is the first introductory workshop of the One-Year Course in Astroshamanic Touch. It is possible to take part in this workshop also if you are not attending the One-Year Course.

This One-Year Course in Astroshamanic Healing Touch is devoted to the exploration of our multidimensional body and the retrieval of its fragmented parts. Astroshamanic Touch is an energetic bodywork application of astroshamanism meant as a tool for bridging the physical with our multidimensional nature. By operating with other human beings, you melt and become a gateway, channelling healing energy and directing it towards honourable intentions. Astroshamanic Touch provides the energetic combination for awareness to get away from conditionings and grievances, reawakening the original purpose and claiming our multi-dimensional status. In these workshops we will discover ways of employing physical contact and sexual energy to foster expanded states of consciousness, retrieve soul parts, reawaken healing talents and integrate them in everyday life. Through healing practices derived from shamanism, experiential astrology, the Celtic and Mediterranean traditions, the teachings of A Course in Miracles and other spiritual paths, we will receive visions and insights to deepen the work. We will also explore the multidimensional features of our relationships, sharing ways to release intense feelings, promoting forgiveness, transformation and unconditional love.

The Course consists of five week-end workshops. Each workshop deals with a particular aspect of astroshamanic healing touch as applied to the elements and the astrological wheel. The first introductory workshop takes place in Jesi, from 26 to 27 January 2008, with the title Multidimensional Portal of the Senses: A One Year Course in Astroshamanic Touch (in Italian and English).
