The North is the realm of winter, the air element and the mental body. It is the way of renewal, cleansing and wisdom, the place where we explore our deepest values and define honourable intentions. During this workshop we interact with the multidimensional features of our environment, moving beyond the perception of separation and finding our authentic role in the web of life. We also investigate the community elements of shamanic work, sharing our gifts and experiencing the healing power of the circle. The programme includes dream-work, circle intention setting, spirit contracts and other practices associated with the signs of Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces. This workshop is part of the One Year Basic Course in Astroshamanism and Experiential Astrology.

This is the first introductory workshop of the One-Year Course in Astroshamanic Touch. It is possible to take part in this workshop also if you are not attending the One-Year Course.
This One-Year Course in Astroshamanic Healing Touch is devoted to the exploration of our multidimensional body and the retrieval of its fragmented parts. Astroshamanic Touch is an energetic bodywork application of astroshamanism meant as a tool for bridging the physical with our multidimensional nature. By operating with other human beings, you melt and become a gateway, channelling healing energy and directing it towards honourable intentions. Astroshamanic Touch provides the energetic combination for awareness to get away from conditionings and grievances, reawakening the original purpose and claiming our multi-dimensional status. In these workshops we will discover ways of employing physical contact and sexual energy to foster expanded states of consciousness, retrieve soul parts, reawaken healing talents and integrate them in everyday life. Through healing practices derived from shamanism, experiential astrology, the Celtic and Mediterranean traditions, the teachings of A Course in Miracles and other spiritual paths, we will receive visions and insights to deepen the work. We will also explore the multidimensional features of our relationships, sharing ways to release intense feelings, promoting forgiveness, transformation and unconditional love.
The Course consists of five week-end workshops. Each workshop deals with a particular aspect of astroshamanic healing touch as applied to the elements and the astrological wheel. The first introductory workshop takes place in Jesi, from 26 to 27 January 2008, with the title Multidimensional Portal of the Senses: A One Year Course in Astroshamanic Touch (in Italian and English). It is possible to take part in this workshop also if you are not attending the One Year Course or as a way to find out whether the course is the right thing for you. The other seminars occur on 29-30 March 2008 (Touch of Fire), 28-29 June 2008 (Touch of Earth), 20-21 September 2008 (Touch of Water) and 20-21 December 2008 (Touch of Air).
For those who are part of, or decide to join, the Astroshamanic Practitioner Training (APT), the One Year Course is part of the curriculum and also includes a late afternoon and early evening session on each Friday before the week-end workshop specifically addressed to APT trainees. Our international Astroshamanic Practitioner Training group programme will launch on 25 January 2008 also in Cupramontana, followed by the two-day basic workshop (26-27 January). This workshop focuses on the connection with the spirit guide or core multi-dimensional identity. Participants will be trained in working with basic astroshamanic techniques for expanding perception and reawakening their authentic intent. The programme includes: astroshamanic voyages, trance dance, totemic postures, circle positioning, astrodrama, ceremonial sharing, planetary chants, the ritual of the Sacred Cone and various opportunities for integrating shamanic work with ordinary reality. This week may also be taken alone as an introductory workshop and module.
Subjects covered: An overview of astrology, shamanism and the mystery traditions in the context of astroshamanism. Astroshamanic cosmology: levels and dimensions, vertical and horizontal axis, geography of expanded states of consciousness, the Sacred Circle, the system of the 12 Sectors. Intent and Function, separation and unity, the three stages, the ego system. Astroshamanic practices and rituals: astroshamanic voyages, Basic Ritual of the Sacred Cone, purification, astrodrama, trance dance, ceremonial circles, council work, astroshamanic chants and postures, planetary scales, dream work, drumming, shamanic walks, circle positioning sacred idioms. Spirit Guides, animal and auxiliary Guides, areas of power, multi-dimensional identity, false guides, explorations of Sectors. Integration with ordinary reality: group projects, work, food, nature, relationships, outings, manifestation.
*Advanced Week (Workshop 2): 1-8 March 2008
During this second week participants will experience the whole spectrum of astroshamanic forces, retrieving blocked energies and strengthening the relationship with their multi-dimensional self. Information is given on the use of astrology as a tool to map and explore shamanic realities. An astrological chart is drawn and experientially journeyed for each participant. This workshop is designed for people who intend to employ astroshamanism for themselves or in their practice with others. The previous week (or another workshop with Franco) is a prerequisite for attendance..
Subjects covered: Explorations of Sectors and planetary forces, connection with Totem Spirits, detectors and shamanic forms, white and black demons, agreements and contracts, Spirit Medicines and Sacred Tools, power points, drums and rattles, astroshamanic maps, activation of tools, divination, Astroshamanic Healing: soul retrieval, time-space voyages, astroshamanic touch, release and empowerment practices, totemic postures.An overview of the astrological language as applied to astroshamanism, the astrological chart, signs, planets and houses, angles, mid-points, charts, transits and aspects, power roles, derived houses, non-ordinary traits, solar and lunar cycles, local space, experiential astrology.

The East is the realm of spring, the fire element and the spirit body. It is the way of clarity, courage and passion, the place where we access the power to renew our life and align it to our deepest intentions. During this workshop we learn to establish a direct and pragmatic connection with our Spirit Guide, retrieving shamanic medicines, activating power tools and bringing tangible healing in our lives and environment. A special week devoted to the exploration of the ecstatic body and the harmonization of its polarities. Participants will employ advanced applications of healing methods and receive an experiential introduction to astroshamanic bodywork and spirit medicines. This workshop takes place in the woods and mountains of Assisi, the birthplace of Saint Francis. Its primary focus is sacred astrology, as applied to astroshamanism, Christian shamanism and mysticism, and the healing connection between Earth and Heaven. The event is held in English and Italian. This workshop requires previous participation to an astroshamanic workshop.
